Instructions for Filling the Online Admission Form

Please read the instructions carefully before beginning the application process to avoid any errors.

Documents Required (in Soft Copy)
Keep clear, readable digital copies of the following documents ready for upload:

• •Latest Marksheet (PDF format)
• •Recent Passport Size Photograph (Image format)

Important Guidelines for Applicants

• • Fill in the form completely and accurately. Admission will be based on the details you submit.
• • Choose the correct Hostel Name from the dropdown menu.
  If you are an existing/returning student, be sure to select "Old Student".
• • Form Submission Deadlines:

• • For Old Students: By 5th June 2025, 5:00 PM
• • For New Students: By 10th June 2025, 5:00 PM
• • (Check the website for hostel-specific deadlines)

Mandatory Interview (Online)

An online interview of the student and their parent/guardian is compulsory.
This interaction will include:

• • Explanation of hostel rules and expectations
• • A Q&A session to address any queries

Admission Confirmation

• • Admission will be confirmed only upon full/scheduled fee payment.
• • Any false or misleading information provided in the form may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

Hostel Stay Duration

• • Students must vacate the hostel within 48 hours of completing their academic exams.
• • Hostel admission is valid only till the end of the academic term or examination, whichever comes first.
